EARLY Mindfulness Daily @ Work registration is OPEN: Forty guided sessions. Ten to fifteen minutes a day. Taught by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, two of the most respected mindfulness teachers in the world. Staff get 78 days to finish, so a missed day, or even a missed week, won't set anyone back.

Express Cart Food for Home | Now Available for the 2026-2027 School Year!
Express Cart, in partnership with the Food Services Department and the Food Bank of the Southern Tier, is an Instacart style food program for Elmira families needing a central order and pick up service for family groceries. There is no cost to families for this program.

These drills help students and staff practice emergency procedures and ensure preparedness in the event of an emergency. Dear families,
As we begin another exciting school year, we look forward to seeing our families and community members supporting our students at Elmira Express athletic events. Our athletic events are an important part of the school experience. They bring our community together, give our students an opportunity to compete and grow, and allow us to celebrate the hard work of our student-athletes. As we head into the fall season, I want to share a few important reminders about stadium expectations and changes to traffic patterns at Elmira High School this year.
A Reminder About Stadium Expectations
We ask all families and spectators to help us maintain a safe, welcoming, and positive environment at our athletic events. Please remember:
Students in PreK–8 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone when attending athletic events at the stadium.
Students in grades 9–12 may enter on their own through the designated student entrance.
Students who arrive with an adult chaperone should leave with that adult. If the chaperone leaves, the student must leave as well.
Entry or re-entry after halftime is not permitted.
Please remain in the stands and designated spectator areas throughout the event. Congregating, loitering, or running around inside or outside the stadium is not permitted.
Walkways, ramps, entrances, and emergency access areas must remain clear.
Pick-up games or recreational activities are not permitted inside or outside the stadium during events.
Please follow the direction of staff members and event personnel, including those wearing yellow Express Staff vests.
These expectations help us provide a safe, positive, and enjoyable experience for everyone while keeping the focus where it belongs — on our students.
Important EHS Traffic Change
Construction at Elmira High School has changed the traffic pattern for the 2026–27 school year. For families picking up their student(s) from the game, we have established a new vehicle pick-up traffic pattern. Students waiting for a ride will be directed to stand next to the tennis courts. Please enter and remain in the right lane all the way around the parking lot until you get to your student(s) waiting by the tennis courts. The left lane will be used for those parked in the spectator parking lot to exit. See map attached.
Thank you for your continued partnership and for the tremendous support you show our students. We look forward to seeing you in the stands, cheering on our Elmira Express student-athletes throughout the year.

For the 11th year, Express Athletics is excited to welcome young athletes to experience a variety of sports for a weeklong, FUN camp lead by our Express Varsity Coaches and teams. The camps will have specific sport instruction, by the head varsity coach and players. Participants will have what is most important, FUN.
